Heavy Duty Diff Covers for Heavy Duty Off-Roading

Dave's Customs Unlimited diff covers are some of the most heavy duty covers made in the industry. We are the pioneers in building manufactured differential covers. Our heavy duty covers are made from two pieces. The diff ring is CNC cut from 3/8" thick HRP&O steel, while the shell is formed from a single piece of 1/4" thick HRP&O steel. We offer this truly hardcore protection for your Dana 44, Dana 60, Dana 70, and GM 14-bolt differentials.

 

Extreme Duty Axle Trusses

Dave's Customs Unlimited extreme duty Dana 44, Dana 60, Dana 70, and GM 14 bolt universal axle trusses will add the much needed strength to your axle housing.

Our heavy duty, burly designed axle trusses are CNC cut and formed from HRP&O USA-made steel. The flat top design will give you a mounting surface for your 3-link or 4-link brackets to mount to!
