Dave's Customs Unlimited HEAVY DUTY power brake conversion kit designed for 1997 to 2006 Jeep Wrangler without ABS brakes.

This kit is ideal for some aftermarket axle and brake setup upgrades. This heavy-duty power brake conversion kit works extremely well when running larger brakes such as on one-ton axles. All components are BRAND NEW and not re-manufactured. Various bore master cylinders available for disc and drum combo or disc and disc combo.

THE KIT INCLUDES:

• Heavy duty USA-assembled 9" brake booster
• High performance master cylinder with a matched bore diameter for your particular application
• Adjustable push rod for fine tuning adjustment.
• Master cylinder bench bleeding kit

NOTE: Additional fittings may be needed, and some modifications may be necessary to the brake lines at master cylinder on some applications.

If using rear disc brakes, we highly recommend eliminating the proportioning valve or installing a manual adjustable one such as (PVC-B).
